Theme- Reclaiming our voice
What to expect-
Each circle centers around a specific theme, with this month's focus being on the throat Chakra and the process of rediscovering our voices.
The session will begin with an opening ceremony, followed by an in-depth exploration of the month's theme. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on their voices through meditation and participate in vocal activities such as toning and mantras. The gathering will conclude with a tea ceremony, offering a chance for all to bond and share a meal.
